Zach Wilson

Zach was drawn to yoga through the management and rehabilitation of body pain. Intentional movement with emphasis on breathwork and meditation had a profound effect on his overall well being. After completing his 200 hour certification at Evolution, he knew that he wanted to share this practice of yoga with his family, friends, and Burlington area community. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, Zach draws from his experience to instruct alignment based classes with emphasis on fluid transition between poses. Zach teaches Wednesday nights at 7:15 PM and Thursday morning at 7AM in Smalley Park just down the street from Evolution.
