Yoga for scoliosis – In this workshop, we will explore yoga poses that work best for you. It is appropriate for anyone with a scoliosis, regardless of yoga experience.  Scoliosis does not look the same in any body, so come and be playful with the poses as we find ways to relieve pain, lengthen muscles, and build strength.  Balance, breathing and regular practice will be emphasized.  Come refine your yoga practice or get started on a home practice.
