In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn yoga postures and techniques to improve flexibility in the mid-back, neck, shoulders, and chest. Class will include some basic anatomy and instruction in poses, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to decrease tension and pain between the shoulder blades and the base of the skull.
