So what do you know about your pelvis? About the structures that surround it or organs that are supported by it? And how could this structural roundabout affect your posture, your breath, your familiar aches and pains, your everyday movements and even your yoga practice?

Join Meagen Satinsky for an experiential workshop where we will reconnect with the muscular and energetic layers of pelvic floor to determine best practices to support the health of yours. This workshop is open to men and women and will include breathing and yoga postures for muscle relaxation and coordination, basic anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and ways to integrate these practices into your body. No prior yoga experience is required.
