This class will be a fun and upbeat way to beat the stress of school and life pressure. Look forward to good music and lots of relaxation to start your week off right.

Also, teen athletes and dancers- take note, yoga is a great way to improve flexibility, strength and mental focus that you can take back to the field or dance floor.
