Add fun and variety to your Pilates workout with props in this 5-week series! Utilizing stability balls, yoga blocks, foam rollers, light hand weights and fitness circles, props help us target specific muscle groups. Props give us multiple ways to exercise, providing variety and fun. They help us challenge and target muscle groups in new and interesting ways, keeping both body and mind engaged! This truly is a complete body workout that will leave you feeling energized, strong, and stretched.

Note: Each session will be recorded and available to participants for one week. Participants must have their own props. See ticketing link for some helpful links to purchase your own props. Order props as soon as possible to avoid any shipping delays.
