Yes, you can get a massage! This workshop will focus on relieving tension and pain in the hips, low back, and legs. We’ll even have time for a foot massage! You’ll need a small blanket or a yoga mat, a sturdy water bottle or a rolling pin (for baking!), and a tennis or racket ball.
