Evolution PT & Yoga and Vermont National Country Club present a 6 week Yoga FORE Golfers series.
Improve your focus, ground yourself through breath-work and yoga poses, and increase your range of motion. Any golfer knows that golf is as much a mental game as physical. Yoga can help quiet the mind while improving body symmetry, balance, and alignment. This early spring series will have you ready for the first tee when the green dries out.
Open to every age and every ability–no prior yoga (or golf) experience necessary.
