Deeply our lives are intertwined. We each have a responsibility to examine our beliefs, habits, and values. Our yoga practice can take us into deep self-study. There are times we will feel uncomfortable, however this is a part of the work. Lean into these spaces with breath. Learn to recognize your privileges and use them to uplift marginalized voices. Listen. Speak up. Listen. Speak out. Listen. Get LOUD.

Join Sasha Finnell for an evening yoga class at the Burlington waterfront. This class will be in-person, held outdoors at Water Works Park, located between the Fishing Pier and Community Sailing Center dock in Burlington, VT. Due to interest in taking the class from home, we will also be streaming live via Zoom. Sign up below and select ‘Online Only’ to receive the Zoom link.

Limited to 25 students to follow social distancing guidelines. Sign up ahead of time to reserve your space.

All donations will be made to Vermont’s ACLU chapter. If you prefer to donate without attending, please go to or to donate to our local Black Lives Matter. Also consider supporting black-owned businesses, makers, and artists.
