The class will offer a combination of strength building, stretching and restorative postures for runners.

Not flexible enough to practice yoga? That is exactly why this class is for you! Runners are very tight in their hips, hamstrings, glutes and calves that are repeatedly used for running.

Practicing yoga encourages your body to let go of the tightness and as a result you will gain flexibility and strength as well as help prevent injury. You may notice that your body feels better when you run and you recover from the long runs more easily. This yoga class will challenge and support your body as well as provide stress relief.
