Yoga for Life was created with the intention of guiding students in developing a steady personal practice and applying yoga philosophy to daily life, so the practice evolves off the mat and into living your yoga. As a member of the Yoga for Life, you will join a sangha (community) that will support you in developing your personal practice, living a yogic life, and progressing on the path of awakening for the benefit of all beings.

Join Rachel on Thursday, May 21st from 5 – 6 pm on zoom for a free guided mantra, pranayama, and meditation practice and introduction to the Yoga for Life program.
