Join us in a fun yoga series just for boys! We will cultivate fitness, fun, and focus during this important time of development for elementary-aged boys. YoBoys offers your son yoga and mindfulness tools which will help increase his attention span, improve his ability to self-regulate emotions, and have more resilience to stress. Yoga classes will blend yoga poses and relaxation techniques with discussions of themes including respect, peace, and caring for each other and our world.
