This workshop will help integrate your yoga practice with a strength training routine. Learn how yoga postures translate to functional movement and can be used to increase strength, stability, and endurance. Through the use of longer posture holds, movement repetition, resistance bands, alignment cues, and posture modification, learn how to take your yoga off the mat and bring it with you to the gym, work, your home, or wherever you move your body.
