This workshop will explore therapeutic applications for back health through use of the yoga wall. The assistance provided from straps, slings and other yoga wall tools helps to direct and support your body into positions with the least amount of strain possible on your joints, muscles and ligaments, and can provide traction to reduce compression. This workshop is led by physical therapist and yoga teacher Meagen Satinsky and all levels of experience with yoga and the yoga wall are welcome. Come discover the possibilities and expand your yoga practice!
