Take your practice beyond the realm of physical postures, and dive into other limbs of the Hatha-Raja system of Yoga. This workshop will include explanation and practice of breathing techniques called pranayama. From the practices of breathing techniques, we will explore the layers of meditation that these techniques offer and how to sustain deeper meditation. The practices will conclude with Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic Sleep’ to balance the nervous system and energetic systems of the body. You’ll leave feeling light, buoyant, and inspired to practice more!
