In this workshop we will explore ways to advance your Hatha Yoga practice. As one becomes more comfortable with asana (postures), we can begin to use techniques that will fill the body with more prana or energy.

After warming the body with specific classical asana techniques, this workshop will focus on breathing techniques (pranyama) that will take you into a more subtle and relaxed state in the body and mind. At the conclusion of the practice, students will be prepared to begin their own pranayama practice…come experience the power of pranayama!
