Join Gaby for a heart-centered practice with purpose to benefit Spectrum Youth & Family Service. Spectrum supports people through offering necessities like access to laundry or emergency shelter, as well as basic life and survival skills programs, counseling, and mentorship during vital years of development. This work has the potential to change the trajectory of a young person’s future in a positive and healing way, by teaching people and families how to thrive through providing a platform for resilience to grow in the midst of challenging life circumstances.

Yoga is a path of transformation and service and offers the opportunity to support the growth and development of fellow community members, known and unknown. For communities to thrive, we must work to uplift and inspire each other. Embody your giving spirit!
