Many of us are fortunate to be able to continue to work from home. While there are upsides of our circumstance, the downsides are starting to catch up to many of us. Sitting or standing for long periods of time in a “makeshift” environment, while trying to do our work, and maybe even schooling our kids takes a toll on the body.

This workshop will educate you on basic functional anatomy so you can find the best ergonomics for yourself. Through an alignment based model, learn how we can lessen the forces on our bodies. In addition, learn a wonderful progression of yoga poses that you can apply to your everyday life.
