We are both physical and subtle energetic bodies. The Psoas muscle is located deep in your belly and pelvis. It is the only muscle that spans the gap between your spine and your legs, beginning on your low back and ending on your upper thigh.
The psoas is often shortened and held tight. In the physical and subtle body, often we guard and protect with our muscles for many varied reasons.
This workshop will help you locate and release the physical and energetic holding that might be present. You will learn how to lengthen the musculature and move the breath and energy through the tissues. Additionally, learn how the hip joint is influenced and controlled partially by the Psoas and how to mobilize the Hip joint.
