If you’ve wanted to try a yoga flow class but worry you might have trouble following along… OR, if you’re craving a back-to-the-basics breakdown of familiar yoga poses and help in finding the alignment that’s right for your body, this 6-week series is for you. In each class, yoga teacher Nicci Micco will introduce a new theme, thoroughly breakdown a number of poses, and offer variations for different bodies. She’ll show you how props can help you experience poses more fully and string together what you’ve learned into a short yoga flow (vinyasa) sequence you can take home to practice. Nicci aims to create a safe, fun space where all feel welcome and supported. Personal feedback is a priority.

Expansiveness + Heart Openers
Standing Poses + Forward Folds

Recommended props: 2 blocks, foldable blanket, yoga strap (shirt or scarf will do as well). Please check the Evolution Online Store for available props for purchase.
