Imagine an evening of nourishing and grounding yoga in the comfort of your home. In this workshop we will begin with a yin practice of sustaining gentle floor postures with awareness and breath to increase the natural mobility of joints, balance the nervous system and ease the mind.
Yin Yoga strengthens the life skill of compassionate observation while riding the waves of sensation. From this open and focused place we will move into the deliciousness of Restorative Yoga – a restful journey of deeper relaxation and healing. With supportive props and breath you easefully sustain poses that allow you to release habitual tensions and deeply relax. This progressive practice of yin and restorative yoga will leave your body-heart-mind relaxed and resilient. Enjoy!
