Limited movement in the hamstrings (muscles in the back of the thigh) is common, and can lead to both pain and bodily dysfunction. This workshop will focus on educating about and improving mobility in the hamstrings and associated body parts including the hips, ankles and calf muscles, and sciatic nerve, using therapeutic yoga asana (postures).
