Kaiut yoga is a style of yoga that is designed to focus on Biomechancial Health, or freedom of movement. Due to our modern lifestyles related to sitting, computer work, narrowed focus activities (such as screen time), and repetitive actions, we may not even realize we lack mobility in areas. It’s not until we experience pain or sometimes injury that we realize we are not connecting to our bodies as we should be. In this series we will explore the body’s potential for movement and ways we can counteract the restrictions in our bodies which come from our modern lifestyles. If you sit for long periods, work on computers, spend time on screens, or do repetitive movement this series is a must for you.
