Release the Neck and Upper Back with Meagen Satinsky, PT
Whether you are reading this email on your Smartphone or your desktop, chances are good you are leaning forward just a little bit. Such eagerness to get closer to the action wrecks havoc with the neck and upper back. (Check yours now. Did you move your head back? Maybe rub the back of your neck?) In this workshop you will learn yoga postures and techniques to improve flexibility in the mid-back, neck, shoulders, and chest. You might even pick up a few strategies for finding some long-term ease in these parts of the body.

Psoas Release Workshop with Janet Carscadden, DPT
Have you ever heard someone say they store tension in their hips? They are referring to the psoas. Tension storage here is part of our innate stress response. As the primary muscle connecting the legs to the torso, the psoas influences the stability and function of the spine, pelvis and hips.
Shortness, stiffness and weakness in the psoas can lead to pain and muscle imbalances that throw off your ability to practice yoga and fully participate in almost anything fun. Sign up and find some long-term release. You will leave with a simple home program that you can do to restore balance to your body.
