We hope you have had fun exploring week one’s Sun Breath variations. In week two you can start building your practice. Gaby Goldberg has recorded a video of the Classical Hatha Yoga Sun Salutation. Sun Salutations are the perfect practice to begin moving in time with your breath. You open the front and back of the body in this moving meditation. Begin in mountain pose standing at the front of your mat and observe how you feel from head to toe. Observe how you feel in your body physically and energetically. Begin with 5-10 sun breaths, then move into Sun Salutations. Start with one on each side and repeat as you are ready. Finish at the end in mountain pose and observe the effects.
