You know that feeling when you get a great adjustment from your yoga teacher during class? As your body settles into proper alignment, stress is reduced and it feels like the pieces just fall into place. The yoga wall is like having someone there to provide this support through all of your postures.

This workshop is an introduction to the use of the wall and will explore how to find good alignment, move deeper into some poses, and struggle less in others. The use of straps and slings helps to guide your body into the right position, supports your body in the right places, and can provide traction to decrease compression. Each of the workshops is led by a physical therapist/yoga instructor with specific advanced training in using the yoga wall. Come discover the possibilities and expand your yoga practice!
