This light-hearted Going Deeper Workshop will explore a variety of arm balances and creative ways to get into and teach even the most elusive of these postures. We’ll have fun working as a community to get into some of the most popular arm balance postures, and learn how to align the body to make the postures safe, so they can be as fun as possible!
Tap into your limitless potential, to laugh and explore, and to feel the support and encouragement of John and other students in the class. This is your chance to learn how to find lift-off with these fun, challenging, and invigorating postures.
The Going Deeper Workshops taught by John are for both students and yoga teachers who want to deepen their understanding of the yoga practice. The workshops focus on personal success and growth, as well as how to most effectively teach others. Each workshop, no matter the main focus, will also include appropriate philosophy and pranayama teachings.
Come join us to ask questions, be with friends, and deepen your understanding of yoga.
