In this workshop you can discover how to sit strain-free in a cross legged position. You will learn how to open the hip joints and therefore to enable the pelvis to sit better. When the pelvis becomes the base of the spine in sitting you can improve in this position without strain.
You do not need prior Feldenkrais® experience to enjoy this workshop. Please bring a mat or blanket with you and wear warm, comfortable clothes.
