Core routines with a focus of Core Stability are extremely popular in many Yoga and Athletes Trainings practices . The Feldenkrais Method® focuses more on organizing movement and increasing self-awareness so you can move in a more integrated way as a connected whole.

In this 6 week series we will improve the transmissions of forces that travel through your Core for more efficient movement. This Awareness through Movement® series will impact your upright posture, your yoga practice and actions in all functional activities.

You do not need prior Feldenkrais® experience to enjoy this workshop. Please bring a mat or blanket with you and wear comfortable clothes.
