Fall Equinox marks the point when length of daylight once again matches the length of night. This seasonal transition comes with many emotions as we all continue to experience the impact of life with Covid. Join us for a yin practice designed to encourage the preparation of the body and mind for the cooler seasons ahead. We will practice the idea of pause with slow, longer holds, inquisitive and imaginative exploration, pranayama, and meditation to support our wellbeing.
As a virtual offering students are asked to gather props for the practice which may include several pillows and blankets; yoga props are helpful if you have them but not necessary to participate.
