In this series we will move slowly and intentionally through the major joints, releasing tension and allowing energy to flow with ease through your system. This is a gentle practice that cultivates a sense of freedom and spaciousness in the body and mind. We will end each class with a guided deep relaxation and time to observe the effects of our practice. Beginners and experienced yogis alike will benefit from this series, based on classical yoga techniques called the Pawanmuktasana series.
