Christine has been incorporating the practices and principles of yoga and meditation into her life since taking her first yoga class in 1986. A former emergency medicine clinician and burnout survivor turned professional burnout coach, she loves weaving these powerful practices into her work with clients.
Christine O’Neill, PA-C, PCC, RYT-200
After completing a 200-hour YTT program with Jill Satterfield in 2009, Christine expanded her training through Evolution Yoga’s 200-hour YTT, and is currently training in the Kaiut Yoga Method. She teaches gentle, contemplative, and restorative yoga classes that counteract the stresses of modern life, get us out of our heads and into our bodies, and help heal the nervous system.
When not working or on the mat, Christine is experimenting with new plant-based recipes, petting all the dogs, and exploring this beautiful continent in her campervan, Libby.
