Experience firsthand how CBD works in tandem with a yoga practice to increase relaxation and ease pain. Connecting to the cannabinoid receptors naturally found in the body and brain, CBD can help with chronic pain, inflammatory responses, sleep patterns, and psychological health, among many other health issues. A topical CBD oil generously provided by Ceres will be offered at the start of class, with the opportunity to increase your dosage throughout class.

This restorative class will end with a Yoga Nidra practice. CBD and Yoga Nidra both work as an aid to quiet down mental chatter so you can fully relax into the present moment. Sanskrit for “yogic sleep”, Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. A time for deep rest and relaxation, Yoga Nidra calms the nervous system which leads to less stress and better overall health.
