Yoga on the Lake this summer!
If you’re anything like me, it’s tough to stay indoors during summer months. In fact, I live to be outside and enjoy very much moving my yoga practice outdoors.
Join me, TU or TH mornings, for yoga on the lake, in an all-levels, fun, and inspiring six-week series.
Traditionally, the connection between yoga and the outdoors is strong.
For instance, there’s sun salutation, mountain pose, tree pose, breath of fire, Ocean Breath and much more. Practicing these asanas and pranayam, creates a sense of connection with the Universe, being grounded, and openness.
Morning is an especially soft and quiet time to practice and I find I’m quite receptive to my sadhana.
Allow clean air to oxygenate your body and yogic breath to infuse your lungs with clearness. Inward focus and the lake environment will both calm the nerves; nature and yoga postures will invigorate your body.
You can use your Evolution yoga card to practice with me on the lake this summer. Pre-register for either once or twice a week to reserve your space in the class, or you may drop in to class whenever your schedule allows.

Hi Jane,
Is there any chance that there is a shower available for after class? I was thinking maybe the Sailing Center had one. That would be ideal for some of us who head off to work right after.
Sounds like a great way to start the day!
