Yoga on the Lake is an awakening experience
Traditionally, the connection between yoga and the outdoors is strong. For instance, there’s sun salutation, mountain pose, tree pose, breath of fire, Ocean Breath and much more. Practicing these asanas and pranayam outdoors creates a sense of connection with the Universe. Morning is an especially soft and quiet time to practice. Inward focus and the lake environment will calm the nerves; nature and yoga postures will invigorate your body. Feel clean air oxygenate your body and yogic breath infuse your lungs with openness.
