A briskly moving vinyasa class to warm the heart and body in the deepest, darkest part of the year. We’ll close with a light hearted meditation to celebrate basic goodness. Then join us for ginsing-ginger tea and healthy snacks as Bill plays solstice and chakra tunes on the guitar. Special surprises too!
