Join area favorite Sofi Dillof and the Off the Mat, Into the World program on March 7, 2009.
This program intends to inspire you to make effective change in a joyful way through group projects that offer real service to the community.
Raise money and join in 108 Sun Salutations on frozen Lake Champlain this March 7, 2009.
Here is a little more information about where the money that people who will be sponsoring you donate will go to.
80% of proceeds raised will go towards:
1) building schools with help of local people
2) starting organic farm
3) building a birthing center for women who are h.i.v. positive
20% will be kicked back to Off the Mat’s domestic projects which involve bring Yoga to at risk youth through out the country.
