In order to learn more about the practice, philosophy, and science of yoga, Evolution Yoga treated the entire staff to a weekend of retreat.

Thanks to the subs who taught this weekend!

We became a closer staff, had the opportunity to nurture our selves, be joyous, and focus on the study of yoga.
