Annemarie’s massages are catered towards each individual client, using an array of massage disciplines including Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Sports, Swedish and Acupressure techniques. ( From children to great-grandmothers, she enjoys helping you escape your busy lives, a place to relax, and heal-grounding yourself and feeling your own mind- body connection).

Annemarie has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 12 years. After Graduating from UVM she continued her education by attending the Myotherapy College of Utah in Salt Lake City, completing a program in Holistic health and massage.

She has focused much of her passion for massage towards mothers-to-be by providing relaxing, nurturing prenatal massages. She knows first hand the physical and emotional stresses of pregnancy and strives to promote a positive attitude and a sense of well being while addressing physical comfort issues throughout all trimesters.

She believes massage is a perfect compliment to the Yoga and physical therapy practices at Evolution and hopes that you leave a session feeling balanced and rejuvenated.

Annemarie loves to spend her free time outdoors hiking, skiing, laughing and biking in the Green Mountains with her family and friends.
