Anusara Moment- Radical Affirmation

...arising from the root like our natural ability to affirm ourselves and our experience.

The primary definition of radical is “arising from root or source”. (So interesting that it also means a departure from the norm!)

Radical affirmation means that our true nature is to affirm our experience. We are naturally hard wired with a “green light” to life! All of it. There’s an innate willingness and acceptance that we can tap into to guide us through our daily reality.

It’s going to happen, so we might as well go with it!

I”m hearing Canada geese fly over the house right now, signaling the end of summer.

This time of year takes radical affirmation. With all it’s beauty, fall is the end of a sumptuous feast of daylight, warmth and fresh food. Not to mention a more sauntering pace of life.

It’s theĀ  “green light” to school hours, pulling on the jeans against a chilly morning, diving into the pile on the desk.

When we take a breath to soften and allow the radical affirmation to well up from inside, we smile and welcome the autumnal equinox and it’s rich harvest.
