Anusara Moment: Enlightened?
As a yoga teacher, I’m trying to help others experience the world with clarity and wakefulness.
Why would I do that?
Because clarity of perception brings about the end of suffering. That’s the definition of enlightenment.
I think each of us is enlightened – rarely, occasionally, or often. Depending on whether our actions or thoughts don’t cause suffering on any level- personal, energetic, or material.
And as we are enlightened, to some extent, we can enjoy it!
Over the next three weeks, Anusara Moments will focus on the three fruits of enlightenment – madhurya or experience that is “made of honey”, saumya or intoxicating joy, and saundrya or encounters with beauty.
Can you relate? (Of course you can! See you are enlightened!)
Many thanks to my teacher Todd Norian for passing me the information on the fruits of enlightenment.
