1. Work at your edge. Exploring a place that requires your skillfulness, does not demand too much or too little, will keep you present and growing.
2. Forget about what you look like. Feel yourself in the pose. Find length. Find softness and new space.
3. Begin to explore subtle movements in the pose and get curious.
4. Try to discover something new in the pose
5. Enjoy each moment as it unfolds
