Women's Yoga Retreat
As the new Event Planner at Evolution Physical Therapy and Yoga, I have the privilege of helping clients plan for some of the most joyous times in their life. I consult couples who wish to relax and bond with each other before their wedding ceremony with a personalized couples yoga session, and mothers to be who wish to bless the child growing steadily in their womb with a special baby shower ritual.
In fact, two weeks ago I oversaw my first yoga birthday party for an exuberant Mathias who turned three in the company of his parents, grandparents, best friends, and of course our dedicated yoga staff including your favorite instructor and blog moderator, Jane Jarecki. The children danced, crafted, and ate their way through the afternoon. As the parents wrapped up the contented toddlers to head home they each took a special gift from Evolution.
We hope that all of these parents and children will be back to enroll in Winter 2009 classes for another round of learning and relaxation.
