Event Details
Our Event Planner, will assist you throughout the planning process. Evolution includes set up, clean up and the use of yoga mats, props, candles, and music for each gathering.
- SCHEDULE:
For adults, a typical party or gathering is 2.5 hours. Plan on 15 minutes for arrival, an hour yoga class, an hour for socializing and food, and 15 minutes for departure.
For children, a typical party is 2.5 hours. Plan on 15 minutes for arrival, a 30 min yoga class, a 30 min art project an hour for socializing and food and possibly opening gifts, and 15 minutes for departure.

- LOCATION:
Parties take place at Evolution Yoga where we have three beautiful yoga studios with hardwood floors, an inviting and spacious reception area with comfortable couches. Events can also take place in your home, place of work or any other location. Please contact our Event Planner for more information. - PRICING:
Adults and Teens: A 2.5-hour event at Evolution for 15 people the fee is $250. Each additional person will cost $15 per person.
Children: For a 2.5 hour event at Evolution for 10 people the fee is $250. Each additional child will cost $15 per person.

We are here to customize your experience; many types and levels of yoga are available. Our Event Planner, will help you choose the best type of class and teacher to suit your group. Remember, as long as you can breathe and raise a finger, you can do yoga! We offer the following types of Yoga:

- Kripalu
- Iyengar
- Ashtanga
- Restorative Yoga
- RESERVATIONS

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
Deposit and rental contract are due within one week of party booking.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Two weeks notice is required for cancellation.
A $25.00 service charge will apply to all cancellations.
Deposit and Service fee are nonrefundable if the party is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event.
