Feldenkrais: Growing Taller - Find Your New Height, with Uwe Mester

After Feldenkrais (R) lessons, many people describe feeling lighter, more aligned, and taller. We often shorten ourselves by superfluous effort without being aware of it. This is a fun workshop where you can experience the sensation of being taller in a pleasurable way (actually most people "grow" half an inch in this workshop; we ill measure the differences). Uwe will teach a series of ATMs which will help you to find our own height the way nature intended.
You do not need prior Feldenkrais (r) experience to enjoy this workshop. Please bring a mat or blanket with you and wear warm comfortable clothes.
Saturday, June 2nd, 3:30-5:30pm
