Please join us for Kirtan devotional chanting every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month from 6:30-8:30pm. No previous experience is necessary. Feel free to bring your own instruments.

In this popular workshop, Janet Carscadden will lead you through a guided relaxation lying down. As you focus on her words, you are taken into a deeper level of relaxation and complete the workshop feeling rejuvinated. Yoga nidra is great for learning tools to deal with insomnia and stress. Come celebrate the shorter days of fall.
Mother's Yoga Retreat with Jennifer Harris

Join Jennifer for this popular yoga class honoring mothers of any age. Flow through the first half of the yoga class at a pace that is appropriate for all levels, followed by 45 minutes of restorative poses. Jennifer intersperses poetry and music to create a retreat-like feel that supports and honors motherhood, family and community. This class is also appropriate for pregnant women!

Join Iyengar teacher Lydia Hill for an evening of relaxing and renewing. Restorative yoga incorporates the use of props to support the body in a variety of positions meant to rejuvinate the body and mind. What a great way to begin the weekend!
Living Yoga Restorative Series with Martha Whitney
This series of restorative yoga classes, taught by Martha Whitney, explores how relaxation can be a valuable tool for helping us in a variety of situations in our daily lives.
Classes are held on Sundays, 6:15-8:15 pm. Pre-registration required. $20/class
